We're a lovely friendly bunch who will always make you feel welcome and relaxed at the fairs.
We do have some Terms and Conditions but all of them are there for you, to help you and protect you.
I'm pretty easy going on space so if you need a little more for that whirly gig or hanging thing I will always try and make it happen.
We also have a little MIFI gadget that comes to every event so that if we are somewhere that doesn’t have WIFI you can still get online if you need to.
To become a stallholder
1. Check out our Terms and Conditions and ensure that you are happy to fully comply with them.
2. Click onto the registration page. Fill in all the details and press the “submit” button. You will receive immediate confirmation that your details have been sent. You will receive a further email when your registration request is approved.
3. When you have received confirmation that your registration is approved, click onto the Booking tab and follow the instructions. You will then receive e-mail confirmation from Sunbeam that space at that event is available or otherwise. (We try to avoid close duplication of products at each event to maximise your sales opportunities)
4. Ensure that you pay for the booking by the agreed date. Without prompt payment, your space will not be guaranteed.
